SV has written an agreement with the Immigrants
against Drugs
SV has signed a cooperation agreement
with the Immigrants against Drugs National
Association in Sweden (IMN). The basic principle for
IMN's activity is to prevent the spread of drugs
among the society’s various groups.
IMN is the nationwide organization
for a number of non-profit, politically independent
associations in Sweden. 13 associations around the
country today belong to IMN.
The agreement with SV provides IMN expanded
opportunities for studies, cultural and educational
programs. This is an important need for the newly
formed organization.
- IMN needs a proper support from SV at all levels,
both nationally and locally. It is not enough that
we sign the agreement but we need to carry out this
in reality. I hope that SV and IMN together can make
a good effort because the goal for this association
is unique, "says Hasoon Kasim, business developer
for diversity in the SV’s Federal Chancellery.

Immigrants Against Drugs is a newly
established asscociation
We on the Board as members have noted that recently,
the drugs have taken a foothold among our
youngsters. That’s why, we have recognized the need
to start this association, so that we can provide
information and broaden the perception of the drug
and its dangers and impacts on humans. We have
gathered information and knowledge and we are
experts. Our target is youngsters, families, and
especially other associations. We will act as the
anchors and would like to see that people themselves
look out for us. Considering that the people
themselves know best what their problem is, they are
free to choose the kind of help and information they
want from IMN.

We have reached far in the process of achieving our
goal. The result is our homepage, which you are
looking at just now. We hope it will bring wisdom
and information to people in Sweden by letting them
talk and share experiences with each other or by
